MeetingPackage and Visual Matrix forge a global partnership to streamline Group and Meetings & Events bookings

MeetingPackage, the leading Central Reservation System provider for selling and managing meeting spaces and group bookings, has partnered with Visual Matrix, a trusted cloud-based Property Management System (PMS) serving over 2,500 properties in 40+ countries—including leading hotel brands like Best Western Hotels & Resorts and Prestige Hotels & Resorts.

This strategic integration enables hotels to offer real-time availability and accurate pricing for meeting rooms and group bedroom bookings directly through their website, in 3rd party distribution channels, and in the offline environment, responding to traditional Request for Proposals. While Visual Matrix streamlines hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, and revenue management, MeetingPackage complements this by automating the distribution and booking of meeting spaces and group accommodations, empowering hotels to increase visibility, reduce manual work, and drive incremental revenue through a centralized and seamless booking experience.

The integration, led by MeetingPackage, is slated to go live by the end of H2 2025. It will allow Visual Matrix customers to manage meeting space availability, pricing, and bookings directly through MeetingPackage’s platform, reducing manual processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
