Availabilty
Check the availability for meeting rooms and meeting packages. To sell meeting rooms, create a meeting package with only a meeting room included.
Meeting room enquiries
Selected meeting rooms can be booked on a multi-day/full-day/half-day/ hourly level based on delegate number capacities on varying seating layouts. Food, beverage, and equipment can be customed and added directly to sales and catering systems.
Package enquiries
Enquiry for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system.
Definite bookings
Definite booking for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is updated in the system.
Order update
Changes made in the booking in MeetingPackage are updated in Oracle Opera S&C. Changes made in the booking in S&C are updated in MeetingPackage.
Pricing
Full two-way integration. Prices can filled in Sales & Catering system or in MeetingPackage, depending on the customers' needs.
Push notifications
A scheduled task checks the booking status every 2 hours to gather the latest update from the Sales & Catering to MeetingPackage.
Payment information
Payment information selected by the customer is visible in the system. Payment APIs are supported to update deposits in the S&C system for reconciliation.
Customers
Contact/account is created in the S&C and unique contact/account id is returned to MeetingPackage. A relationship between the account and contact can be created in the S&C.
Group bookings
Accommodation bookings can be made from 9 rooms and more on a multi day and a single/double/triple occupancy level.
