Availability
Check the availability for meeting rooms and meeting packages. To sell meeting rooms, create a meeting package with only a meeting room included.
Meeting room enquiries
Selected meeting room/duration/number of people is created to S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system. Create a package with only meeting room included.
Package enquiries
Enquiry for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system.
Definite bookings
Definite booking for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is updated in the system.
Order update
Changes made in the booking in MeetingPackage are updated in Infor S&C. Changes made in the booking in S&C are updated in MeetingPackage.
Push notifications
Push notifications are supported when booking details are updated in the Sales & Catering.
Payment information
Payment information selected by the customer is visible in the system. Payment APIs are supported to update deposits in the S&C system for reconciliation.
Pricing
Prices are filled in Infor Sales & Catering and can be pulled from Infor to MeetingPackage.
Group bookings
Bedroom bookings for groups are supported by the Infor PMS API.
Customer information
Contact/account is created in the S&C and unique contact/account ID is returned to MeetingPackage.
