Integration with
Event Temple
Use turnkey automation to sell Meetings & Events services online by integrating MeetingPackage and Event Temple.

Availability
Check the availability for meeting rooms and meeting packages. To sell meeting rooms, create a meeting package with only a meeting room included.
Meeting room enquiries
Selected meeting room/duration/number of people is created to S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system.
Package enquiries
Enquiry for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system.
Definite bookings
Definite booking for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is updated in the system.
Order update
Changes made in the booking in MeetingPackage are updated in Sales & Catering system. Changes made in the booking in S&C are updated in MeetingPackage.
Pricing
Prices are filled in MP or in the Sales & Catering software and is pushed to correct fields in both systems for meeting room, food & beverage, misc/tech, or DDR/packages.
Push notifications
Push notifications are supported with a scheduled task that checks the booking every 2 hours to gather the latest update from the S&C to MeetingPackage.
Payment information
Payment information selected by the customer is visible in the system. Payment APIs are supported to update deposits in the S&C system for reconciliation.
Customer information
Contact/account is created in the S&C and unique contact/account id is returned to MeetingPackage. A relationship between the account and contact can be created in the S&C.
Group bookings
Multiday/multiroom bookings can be made. Bedroom bookings can be made.
