What the Caspeco integration covers
MeetingPackage connects directly with Caspeco so every booking, update, and customer detail lands in the right place.
Availability
Check the availability for meeting rooms and meeting packages.
Meeting room enquiries
Enquiry for the selected meeting room, duration, and number of people is created to S&C with selected layout and add-ons. Addiotionally, customisable text is visible in the system.
Package enquiries
Enquiry for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and customisable text is visible in the system.
Definite bookings
Definite booking for the selected package and/or meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and customisable text is updated in the system.
Order update
Changes made in the booking in MeetingPackage are updated in Infor S&C. Changes made in the booking in S&C are updated in MeetingPackage. When enquiry is confirmed, or bookings details/seating order is update venue user is notified to change information in S&C.
Pricing
Full two-way integration. Prices can filled in Caspeco S&C or in MeetingPackage depending on the customers' wishes.
Group bookings
Multiday/multiroom bookings can be made. Bedroom bookings can be made.
Push notifications
Push notifications are supported when booking details are updated in the Sales & Catering.
Payment information
Payment information selected by the customer is visible in the system. Payment APIs are supported to update deposits in the S&C system for reconciliation.
Customers
Contact/account is created in the S&C and unique contact/account ID is returned to MeetingPackage. A relationship between the account and contact can be created in the S&C.
